Who do you think was the MVP in the Flames series?
Other than a complete team effort i think it was Scott Niedermayer.

Scott for me also. A great goal in game two but primarily a presence on the ice and the incredible smarts and hockey ability to dominate a game the way only he can.
This is also why, in my opinion, he's the best defeseman in the NHL. You have to see it to believe it.
A second choise would be Frankie Knuckles. I think his fight with Iginla was the turning point in the series.

I voted Bryz. Beauchemin was right on his tail though.

Scotty for me. He does it all --- defense, offense, and leadership. Worth every single penny and then some. Still blows my mind every time I watch him. He owned Iggy the last couple of games, made Bryz's job easy.

I voted for Scotty. I think he is the glue for this team. He's silent, but deadly too!

Most definitely Scotty Nieds. I can't recall how many times he was picked a star of the game either by the media or by Hayward or both.
From the short-handed goal he scored earlier in the series to the GWG in game 6 to great defense and leadership, he's done it all.

I voted for Sami (yeah, no prejudice there) because he was the one who got stuck with Iginla.

I vote Bryz, with Iginla at a close second. When we were down 3 games to 2, Bryz only allowed one goal in the final two games. If we would have lost one of them, the Ducks would be watching round 2 on OLN.
Edited to say: I would have voted for Iginla if Calgary would have won the series.
