Well, atleast the Kings are starting to get some guys signed. Please get Ziggy next!!!!
Kimi
It would totaly kill LA if every one left in the summer, they would be using Rookies on the top line. One player will make a lot of difference, but they should still try and get every one back.

The only others that will be UFA this thursday are Ziggy (which is huge) Lappy (which isnt that big of a deal) and Modry (which one again isnt that big a deal, I personally like Modry but if we lost him I would understand)
Kimi
It's just when I think of LA i think of Ziggy, Luc and Lappy. I don't see any one else being able to step up into the names, if you know what I mean.

I hear ya! I love Luc, Ziggy, and Lappy. I pray that Ziggy gets signed as a King sometime soon and it would be great to have Lappy back but if he wants to much money then I understand the teams decision to let him go. We have a younger version of Lappy in Avery and he will take on that role fine. As far as Ziggy, no one in this league can replace what Ziggy brings to the Kings. He is the driving force behind the Kings and I hope that he remains a King but if his desire is to go somewhere to try and win it all or make more money, who can blame him?

Palffy, Deadmarsh, and Allison are all most likely gone. It's not July 1 yet, but it is not looking good for the Kings, which sorry, does not break my heart on any level. I hope you like the Monarchs!

Does Robitaille "guarantee" that he will be back with the Kings? Just like he guaranteed the Kings fans that the Kings would make the playoffs, then watched as the team lost their last 11 games?

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

That's good for the Kings if there is a 2004-2005, but if the lockout washes out next year, do the Kings really want a 39-year old Luc?

Luc IS the Kings. Without him, pack it in!

Luc is probably gonna go back to Detroit biggrin.gif

With all the injuries to the Kings these past two years, they already have had a high number of rookies playing. One year is a fluke, two years in a row looks like a curse.
