Anton Volchenkov (lower body) will play Friday in New Jersey, but Dean McAmmond won't (pneumonia). Jesse Winchester did not skate for a second consecutive day. On Wednesday, coach Craig Hartsburg said Winchester was dealing with bumps and bruises. Alex Auld will start in goal Friday. - TSN
