That's okay, Hillergirl, I was raised on old movies with the mom I had and fed a steady diet of musicals particularly, though you'd never find John Wayne in one of those. The airport in Orange County where the Ducks play is named after him, so if you happen to fly in there instead of LAX for a visit to watch the Ducks you can see a statue of him out front as well.
